Our office routinely negotiates, drafts and stipulates most of the contracts and agreements provided for by Italian Law as purchase and sales of goods and properties (promises of sale, options, binding offers…), conditions of sales and purchase, supply contracts, assignment of non-recourse debts and pro-solvendo, commercial leases and loans; employment, service, brokerage and agency contracts.

Our firm is skilled and experienced in debt collection procedures and the enforcement of foreign court judgments in Italy. We have been collecting debts on behalf of foreign suppliers to the Italian market for some 40 years and we have a particular reputation for legal issues of trade between Italy and foreign countries.

The firm offers legal aid in compulsory sales of goods, land and debts; oppositions to enforcement and executive acts, attachments of assets, mortgage recording and auction bidding. Two of our attorneys, qualified for legal defence before the Italian Supreme Court, are also High Court enforcement officers.

We, also, assist our clients in the structuring and preparation of internal trust instruments and fiduciary structures in the family, corporate and financial contexts.

Our firm has long term experience in assisting foreign clients in the acquisition, development and resale of residential and commercial properties in Italy.
