Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Our firm is skilled and experienced in debt collection and the enforcement of foreign judgments in Italy. We have been collecting debts on behalf of foreign suppliers to the Italian market for around 40 years and have a particular reputation for dealing with legal issues relating to trade between Italy and abroad.
The firm provides legal assistance in the foreclosure of goods, land and debts, opposition to execution and enforcement, attachment of assets, mortgage registration and bidding at auctions. Our lawyers, qualified to appear before the Italian Supreme Court, are also High Court enforcement officers.
