Born and raised in Mantova, city in northern Italy, Francesco graduated in law from the University of Parma, was admitted to the Bar Association in 2007 and is qualified to represent clients before Italian Supreme Court.
He is also Enforcement Officer for the Court of Mantova.

Academic activity
Since 2017 Francesco is Adjunct Professor of “Principles of Commercial law” for the course Languages for Business Administration (LaLBA) at the University of Mantova.
He also collaborates with several scientific journals and has published over 60 articles on civil, corporate, international law, class action, arbitration and litigation.
