Andrea Tedioli specialises in high-value commercial litigation. This includes general commercial disputes, insolvency (both personal and corporate), shareholder disputes, warranty claims, property litigation and dispute resolution of all kinds.
Born and raised in the northern Italian city of Mantova, Andrea obtained his law degree from the University of Parma, was admitted to the Bar and is qualified to represent clients before the Italian Supreme Court.
Andrea is also Enforcement Officer for the Court of Mantova.
